Clare Deniz is an established  concert cellist​. She has performed  throughout the UK and in Europe at Music Societies and Music Clubs and at Festivals. She is a nominated and elected Member of The Royal Society of Musicians and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Clare Deniz is a former solo principle cellist of The Royal Ballet and performs as a soloist and chamber music artist throughout the UK and in Europe.Amongst a stream of eminent teachers beginning at The Royal Academy of Music she has been taught by Jacqueline du Pre and Paul Tortelier who was her mentor up until his death.

Since her Purcell Room debut Clare Deniz has performed throughout the  UK and in Europe at Festivals, Music Clubs and Societies. Amongst her performing commitments she performs regularly for The National Trust and curated a programme for cello and classical guitar for the recent Capability Brown Festival 300 in 2016.Clare has recently performed Bach Suites at Gloucester Cathedral and at Worcester Cathedral and has given unaccompanied concerts at Amsterdam Concertgebouw and in Paris.She has appeared on television twice playing her cello to nightingales in the manner of Beatrice Harrison who was broadcast doing this in the 30s and 40s.Clare is an elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Member of The Royal Society of Musicians and she has a Post Graduate Diploma from  Queens University Belfast. She studied a language at The School of Slavonic and Eastern European Studies UCL London  University and she has a Masters Degree from Goldsmiths College London University. She entered University at Post Graduate level.
